MEET YOUR COACH
My name is Chris Zarkadoulas and my journey into Parkour began twelve years ago when I unknowingly embarked upon a lifelong study of movement. That journey has taken me around the world, learning, performing and sharing my knowledge along the way.
I help people move well and with confidence giving them a better understanding of their body.
Expanding my skillset with training in both parkour and strength & conditioning my movements and teachings reflect a mixture of knowledge from each of these disciplines.
There is no greater benefit than understanding your body. How it moves, how it feels and most importantly how to improve it.
My mission is to share the tools I have gained through eleven years of research and training to help you improve, grow and transform yourself into a stronger, faster, more confident and capable version of yourself.
HOW DO I START LEARNING?
YOUTH PARKOUR CLASSES
Parkour classes are great for the development of young people as they will learn the fundamentals on how to move confidently and with control, making them stronger and more capable in their own bodies. Each session consists of elements of movement, team work, play and challenge.
Reach your goals with coaching committed to helping you achieve your best. Sessions can be catered towards Parkour specific goals or strength and conditioning. One to one sessions are available in London as well as written programmes for distance learning.
