YOUTH PARKOUR CLASSES

Parkour classes are great for the development of young people as they will learn the fundamentals on how to move confidently and with control, making them stronger and more capable in their own bodies. Each session consists of  elements of movement, team work, play and challenge.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Reach your goals with coaching committed to helping you achieve your best. Sessions can be catered towards Parkour specific goals or strength and conditioning. One to one sessions are available in London as well as written programmes for distance learning.

Abbots Langley Parkour Park, Langley Lane, Abbots Langley, Hertfordshire, WD5 0LX 

The Weekly class takes place at Abbots Langley Parkour Park. Private classes and parties can also be booked and hosted at suitable locations.

PERSONAL TRAINING

iGym, Victoria Rd, North Acton, Acton W3 6BL

Personal training sessions can take place indoors at iGym London or at a suitable outdoor location closer to where you are based within London.
